Usage
AreaOverlay from @prepared911/ui/blocks/area-overlay renders an area-scoped S5 condition: an inline error alert, optional go-to, and inert content inside one layout region. It does not use a full-page scrim and never opens a dialog.
The notification host wraps each named region once, registers the same area ids with createAreaOverlayRegistry, and passes that registry to the host's area-effect renderer (for example resolveAreaEffectRendering when shipped in @prepared911/core/notifications). When an Area effect is active for a registered id, set active and map copy from the notification record for that notificationId. Clear active when the effect ends.
Until every affected region registers an overlay, the host may keep the interim fallback (S5 banner plus inline alert in that region).
